In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout the document unless context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the pso99 Platform or completing the account registration process, you confirm and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active Account.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual natural person and not on behalf of, or as an agent for, any corporate entity, syndicate, or third party.
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
4. You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying the legality of your participation from your location.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other account restriction imposed by pso99 or any affiliated gaming operator.
6. You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of pso99 or its affiliated companies, technology suppliers, or game providers.
7. You are acting on your own behalf and will use your Account exclusively for personal recreational purposes. Commercial use of the Platform — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, automated wagering tools, and bot-assisted play — is strictly prohibited.

To access real-money gaming services on pso99, you must complete the account registration process in full. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold no more than one registered Account on the pso99 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers are used — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
2. Accurate Information: You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any point during the life of your Account.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pso99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4. SMS Verification: pso99 may require SMS one-time password (OTP) verification for login attempts from unrecognised devices. You must maintain access to the mobile number registered to your Account to receive such verification codes.
5. KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, pso99 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — for Indonesian residents), proof of residential address, and, where required by the circumstances, proof of the payment method used for deposits. pso99 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during the player relationship, including at the time of account registration.
6. Account Currency: All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pso99 does not support multi-currency accounts. There is no currency conversion applied to any transaction on the Platform.

pso99 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. pso99 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion, with changes published on the Platform.
2. Deposit Processing Time: Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes of a confirmed transfer during normal operating hours (WIB). Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. pso99 is not responsible for delays caused by the sending financial institution.
3. Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that are legally yours. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting deposits from a third party into your Account, is strictly prohibited. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
4. Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification, meet any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold, and have satisfied the wagering requirements attached to any active bonus (see Clause 5). Withdrawals to e-wallet accounts (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 10 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours, subject to receiving bank processing schedules.
5. Withdrawal to Matching Method: For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. pso99 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal to a new payment method.
6. Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal caps may be published on the Platform and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within the Account cashier section.
7. Rejected Transactions: pso99 reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant Account will be suspended pending investigation in accordance with Clause 11.

pso99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

1. Eligibility: Each bonus offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, including whether it is available to new players only, existing players, or a specific player segment. Players must meet all stated eligibility criteria before opting into a promotion.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn). Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are specified in each bonus offer's individual terms.
3. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements that have not been completed before the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
4. Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slot titles, and togel draw products may contribute at a reduced rate or may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering. The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus at a time unless pso99 explicitly states otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses by creating duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of Clause 3.1.
6. Seasonal Promotions: pso99 publishes seasonal promotional offers aligned to the Indonesian cultural calendar, including but not limited to Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Imlek, Nyepi, and Ramadhan. These seasonal offers are subject to their own specific terms and are available for limited periods only. pso99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw seasonal promotions at any time without prior notice.
7. Promotional Abuse: pso99 actively monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of promotional abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine recreational play intent. Where promotional abuse is identified, pso99 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the Account concerned.

The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the pso99 Platform. Specific game rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and sportsbook betting rules are published within the relevant game lobby or sportsbook market.

1. Game Integrity: All casino games available on pso99 — including slot titles, live casino rounds, and virtual table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment a round is initiated and cannot be influenced by any party after that point.
2. 3. Togel Draws: Togel draw results on pso99 are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. Draw schedules and prize structures are published in the togel lobby. Tickets purchased for a draw are non-refundable once the draw period has closed.
4. Bet Acceptance: pso99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event after its scheduled start, where the odds offered were the result of a manifest error, or where the Platform detects automated or bot-assisted wagering behaviour.
5. Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum single-event and aggregate payout limits apply across all game categories and are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. Winnings exceeding the applicable payout cap will be reduced to the stated maximum without further compensation.
6. Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or active slot spin, the outcome will be determined and settled according to the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. pso99 will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from connectivity failures on the player's side.

pso99 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering previous losses.

1. Age Verification: pso99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Account holders found to be under this age will have their Account permanently closed and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.
2. All intellectual property rights in and to the pso99 Platform — including but not limited to the pso99 brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, software, code, text, graphics, game artwork, data compilations, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of pso99 or its respective licensors, including certified game studio partners such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pso99 expressly excludes all liability for the following:

1. Gaming Losses: pso99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of wagering activity on the Platform. All gambling involves inherent financial risk, and by placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept that risk in full.
2. Technical Failures: pso99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, server errors, software bugs, game client crashes, or any other technical failure, provided that pso99 acts in good faith to restore service promptly and settles any affected wagers on a fair and reasonable basis.
3. Third-Party Services: pso99 is not liable for delays, errors, or failures attributable to third-party payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), third-party game providers, or telecommunications network providers.
4. Indirect and Consequential Loss: pso99's total aggregate liability to any Player, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no circumstances will pso99 be liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
5. Force Majeure: pso99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic events, government action, civil unrest, telecommunications infrastructure failure, or any other force majeure event.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by pso99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

pso99 processes personal data for the following primary purposes: (a) account registration and identity verification; (b) processing deposits and withdrawals; (c) fraud detection and anti-money-laundering compliance; (d) customer support; (e) delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in; and (f) platform improvement and analytics. pso99 does not sell your personal data to any third party. pso99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• The Account holder has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• The Account holder has created or is found to be operating multiple simultaneous Accounts;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive behaviour is detected in connection with the Account;
• The Account has been used in connection with money laundering, payment fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Continuation of the Account relationship would, in pso99's reasonable assessment, expose pso99 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• The Account holder requests closure of their Account voluntarily.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, pso99 will endeavour to complete its review within 30 business days and will communicate the outcome to the registered email address. Where an Account is terminated as a result of a confirmed breach, any funds in the Account may be forfeited to the extent necessary to cover the damages caused by the breach. In all other cases of Account closure, confirmed real-money balances (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to the completion of KYC verification.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pso99 is incorporated and licensed to operate. pso99 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and pso99 that cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. pso99's customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in Indonesian and English, and is committed to resolving player concerns promptly and fairly.

pso99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the pso99 Platform after the stated effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting pso99 support prior to the effective date of the amendment. In such circumstances, your confirmed real-money balance (excluding any forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method.
